The Master program is a fantastic group for nearly all adults that enjoy active outdoor lifestyles. Whether you are looking for company to exercise together, learn technique, or push your limits, this group will support those goals. Sessions are organized to allow plenty of flexibility for you to go at your own pace. We have a wide range of skill levels so you'll likely have company at any speed.
Our activities vary by season. During the dryland season (without snow), we are on our feet running and hiking (generally Tue/Wed), on mountain bikes (generally Thursdays), and doing strength (Mondays). And during the ski season, of course we ski classic and skate techniques while keeping up our strength (Mondays) too, thanks to our partner, AKtive Body. As weather and ground conditions change, we adapt and use whatever activity is a good match to have a great time!

Daytime & Evening Options
The Daytime group meets two days per week: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM
The Evening group meets three days per week: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 6:15 to 7:45 PM
The Flex option gives you the option to attend either Daytime or Evening sessions.
The virtual Punchcard ($195 for 10 sessions) provides maximum flexibility but comes at a higher cost per session than regular term membership.
Punchcard Notes:
Punchcard users are expected to keep an accurate count of attendance and repurchase or upgrade to regular membership when empty. Coach's attention towards counting takes attention away from coaching 😉
Punchcards may be used for both Daytime or Evening sessions.
Punchcards payment can be credited towards upgrading to regular membership within that term.
Punchcards do not expire.
The Punchcard can also be used to add evening strength sessions at Aktive Body gym Monday nights to a Daytime membership.
