Independence Mine : May 26th: DOT Cleared Gold Cord road. That’s a wrap on grooming for the season! Huge thank you to our incredible and dedicated volunteer groomers who make grooming possible all winter long and continue supporting year-round trail work behind the scenes. Current Trail Conditions

The Mat-Su Ski Club is a nonprofit organization and grooms both multi-use and ski-only trails to provide safe, smooth, and enjoyable surfaces for all users. You can support our grooming efforts with your Membership or Donation. All grooming is done by our incredible volunteers!

Trail Grooming + Etiquette

To keep our trails safe and fun for all users, please:

  • Respect ski-only trails at GPRA - no walkers or dogs!

  • Walk to the side of multi-use groomed trails, avoid stepping in classic tracks

  • Pick up after your dog on multi-use trails
