Join us for a spooktacular family adventure at GPRA!

Follow a festive, family-friendly trail filled with Halloween fun, collect treats along the way, and enjoy an evening of costumes, laughter, and community in the great outdoors.

Designed for children of all ages and abilities, Trick or Treat Trails offers a safe, inclusive Halloween experience away from busy roadways, with allergen-friendly options available throughout the event.

Every ticket purchase helps support the Mat-Su Ski Club's year-round trail stewardship and community recreation programs, ensuring GPRA remains a welcoming place for families to ski, hike, bike, walk, and gather for community events throughout the year.

Grab your costume, bring your bucket, and help us celebrate Halloween while supporting the trails that bring our community together!

Junior Nordics wouldn't happen without our amazing volunteer coaches, and we're looking for more people to join the fun this winter!

You don't have to be an expert skier to make a difference. Coaching is a great way to ski alongside our kids, share what you know, meet other families, and become part of an incredibly fun community. Winter is just around the corner, and we’re incredibly grateful for the partnerships and community support that help make it all possible!

Once again this season, the Mat-Su Borough Winter Trail Care Grooming Grant, funded through bed tax dollars, will help support our grooming and maintenance at GPRA, Independence Mine, Archangel Road, and the Moose Range. This funding covers only a portion of what it takes to keep these trails groomed all winter and the rest comes from our members, donors, sponsors, and volunteers.

We’re also grateful for the continued support of the Mat-Su Health Foundation, which helps us keep Junior Nordics affordable and accessible for local families. Together with MSSC, Healthy Futures, Backcountry Bike & Ski, and generous donors like you, we’re able to offer scholarships and additional support to families who need a little help getting their kids out on skis.

These partnerships and all of you who support MSSC help keep our trails groomed, kids skiing, and our community outside all winter long. Thank you for being part of it!
